The Role of Pest Control Technician
This role offers a full-time commitment, requiring attendance five days a week, Monday through Friday, with a workload of 40 hours per week.
As a pest control technician, you will need to possess people skills as you have to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Your role will require you to ensure client satisfaction by taking control and getting rid of the pests from their desired area. You have to be comfortable working individually and be able to make swift decisions based on the circumstances presented to you.
It is not just about performing your duty but also guiding the customer to the best of your knowledge so that he can follow the said procedure to maintain better hygiene. Also, you have to create detailed and accurate reporting of each visit. The usage of a mobile phone, especially with photography, is preferred alongside your other important skills.
